We proudly serve Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding Virginia areas. For larger commercial projects, we can travel within a 45-mile radius.

We provide a full range of services for both residential and commercial clients, including:

3. Are your cleaning products safe and non-toxic?
Yes! 🌱 We only use plant-based, non-toxic, and eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Every product is carefully selected to align with our mission of creating healthy, peaceful spaces.
4. Do I need to be home during my cleaning appointment?
Not at all — it’s completely up to you! Many of our clients provide entry access through a lockbox or key code. We respect your privacy and treat every home as if it were our own.
5. How do I pay for services?
We accept payments through ACH, credit card, or invoice billing (for commercial clients). Please note: credit card transactions include a small processing fee.
6. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed — including vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and all cleaning solutions. If you have specific products you’d prefer us to use, just let us know in advance.
7. How do you handle pets during cleaning?
We love pets! 🐾 Our team is trained to work around animals safely and respectfully. We just ask that any protective or anxious pets be secured for their comfort while we clean.
8. What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but in the event something gets damaged, we’ll notify you immediately and make it right. Rooted Home & Office Management is fully insured and committed to transparency.
9. Do you offer discounts or referral programs?
Yes! We offer referral credits, loyalty discounts, and seasonal promotions. Ask about our Faith-Rooted Rewards Program to earn savings for every referral or recurring booking.
10. How do I schedule or reschedule an appointment?

For changes, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule smoothly.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, as we reserve your time exclusively for you.
12. Do you offer customized cleaning plans?
Absolutely. Every home and office is unique, and we’ll build a plan that fits your needs, preferences, and budget. You can also add extra services like laundry folding, organizing, or aromatherapy sprays from our Rooted Home Clean Living line.
13. How do I know my cleaners are trustworthy?

14. Do you offer weekend or after-hours cleanings?
Yes, for commercial clients and special projects. We also offer weekend availability for move-outs and carpet treatments to ensure your space is ready for the week ahead.
